Jacob Ball was the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Right from the start, he was going above and beyond any of the other agents I have ever dealt with. I have been in the market for a home several times and have had no less than seven different agents. A few local agents were either not helpful, or outright ignored me. Highly recommend this young man for all you relator needs. I currently live in Florida, and we were looking for land in east Tennessee to build our dream home and be close to our grandkids.
We found a property that Jacob Ball had listed in Greenville. So we called him and asked him a lot of questions about it. We told him we liked the property, and he then said he would do a live video call of the property for us. After he walked through the 12+ acres and videoed the property, we decided to make an offer on it. In doing so we made trip arrangements to see the property and surrounding area. Prior to arriving, our offer was out bid and we did not get the property. We still decided to proceed with our trip, and Jacob started looking for new properties to look at. Long story short, he found us about 10 properties to look at. He drove us all over East Tennessee. The very last property we looked at was the one, and he quickly expedited our offer for it.
